Questions about the pigments

Tiana is the light, warm base for soft freckles and lighter skin tones. Florida is more intense, for more noticeable freckles. With approx. 1 to 4 drops of Maria, you get more depth; with approx. 1 to 3 drops of Janarine, more warmth. The drop counts are guidelines.

No. Maria and Janarine are pure mixing pigments and are never used on their own. Tiana and/or Florida always form the base.

A 15 ml bottle is the professional size and is enough for many treatments. The exact number depends on your technique and the treatment area.

The set includes base shades and mixing pigments in one order, and you pay 10% less than if you bought them separately. This covers every skin tone and intensity.

Yes. The tones are designed for professional use and are also suitable if you are just getting started with the Freckles treatment. To get started, we recommend our Freckles training.

Questions about Training

No. The Academy teaches you the technique from the ground up: the anatomy of real freckles, mapping, preliminary drawing, and the science of skin and pigments.

Yes. Each level of the Academy ends with a personally assessed exam and your certificate. In the Academy Premium, you will receive it right there in Cologne.

The starter kit is included with every level of the Academy and is sufficient for up to 50 treatments.

One year of live Zoom calls with Tiana, plus a WhatsApp group and support.

Yes. If you start with the Academy Professional, you can add the in-person exam day in Cologne with the Premium Upgrade.

Questions about Coaching

The Push Call is monthly mentoring: You bring your questions to the calls with Tiana and can cancel monthly. The Success Premium Coaching runs for three months: personal onboarding, four one-on-one calls in the first month, followed by weekly calls in a small group.

For your business: positioning, visibility, customer acquisition, sales, social media, and content. The Success Premium Coaching also includes pricing, business strategy, and mindset.

Yes. After the initial three months, you can renew the Success Premium Coaching on a monthly basis, with no minimum commitment and the option to cancel at any time at the end of the month.

You will start with a personal onboarding call to discuss your situation and your goals. Because the service starts immediately, you confirm the early start in the shopping cart. Everything else can be found in the right of withdrawal policy.
